Ways to work together
Meet your dog where she is
not where the internet says she should be.
Every plan starts with a free Behavior Blueprint call. We talk through what's hardest, what you've tried, & what's actually possible for your life right now.

What Dog Moms Are Saying
Lauren & Bodhi
"She is a great resource for all of our (many) questions and has been instrumental in helping us build Bodhi's confidence and manage his separation anxiety and reactivity."
Sara & Willow
"With Maddi's help and guidance, we were able to resolve our dog's separation anxiety in about 4.5 months. I loved the app Maddi uses — it kept us accountable, and the in-app feedback after every session was amazing."
KJ & Taako
"Paws & Frolic is AMAZING! I was in a total dog-mom meltdown-mode panic. Maddi helped me slow my thoughts down, get organized, and help Taako and myself feel a lot better. I can't say enough good things!"
Change Their Feelings & Behavior
After we have a solid foundation to stand on, we can start helping your dog feel more confident with alone time and seeing other dogs while out on a walk.
The Regulated & Resilient Method
01
Nervous System Regulation
If both you & your dog aren't regulated, you'll have a really hard time being in the right headspace to think, learn, & build new habits.
02
Meet Their Needs
We don't just mean food & exercise! Dogs have all kinds of biological needs that are different from ours. From sniffing to sleeping, you'll learn exactly what your pup needs to be their best self.
03
Support for Dogs With Big Feelings
Your dog isn't broken. You're not failing.
When you support the nervous system first, everything else can change.
Separation anxiety and reactivity are not obedience problems. They're signs of an overwhelmed nervous system. That's exactly what we work with.
About
I came to this work because of my own dog — a sweet, anxious mess who couldn't be alone for more than 90 seconds. Every "expert" told me to crate her, ignore her, "be the alpha." None of it worked.
What worked was slowing down, learning what her body was telling me, and rebuilding her sense of safety one calm second at a time. That's what we'll do together.
